Meagan Shields joined PWA in 2022 as an Advisor. With 15 years of experience in the investment industry, Meagan brings extensive knowledge of capital markets and portfolio strategy to the firm. Her time spent in institutional asset management focused on fixed income and equity trading, portfolio analysis, and risk mitigation. Meagan earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Finance from Louisiana State University. She is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute and the CFA Society of Louisiana. Meagan served as the 2020-2021 Chair of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI) Emerging Leaders’ Council. She is also a participant in Rock the Street, a Wall Street Mentorship Program for young women in finance. Meagan and her husband, Anthony, have two children and are members of Grace Life Fellowship Church where she volunteers in the children’s ministry.
